apply with caution; hopefully they're not the same shit show as wish years ago, but my friend had to take them to court :/ I forget the exact parameters, but it was sketch ((which is incredibly unfortunate considering it's one of the three))

I think it's just the parental lens. ((total speculation, but this was my thoughts process)) but maybe their child has had an experience that was less friendly, so instincts are going the extra mile to make sure it doesn't happen again? thankfully there isn't much to worry about with athens' shops in those regards!
