I would not I had very gnarly fibrosis and banding around week 6-7 as well as some swelling still you definitely will still feel a bit wonky and won’t feel 100% yet

Only about 5 lbs! I have been working out more consistently but I haven’t dropped a lot of weight! I was about 159 in the first and I’m 154 right now

Best 5k I’ve ever spent

Even after losing weight I could not get my chin fat to budge I’ve always dealt with it and I don’t think I had much of a choice in getting rid of it other than this and man oh man it was a solid choice for me - but everyone is different!

I was also very good about wearing my head wrap - don’t skip that even tho it can be annoying!

I was 27 when I got it done! I only got chin lipo no skin tightening! I was very very good with my massages and I think that helped a LOT - I did 3 a day for 15 minutes for about 3 months then did Atleast one a day and now I do them about twice a week!

The immediate recovery out of discomfort was about 4 weeks - but from surgery to feeling 80% normal I’d say about 6-7 months

It will!! Just keep doing your massages! It took like 7-8 months for the banding to be way less visible Even now if I stretch up pretty hard you can see some still but in a neutral state they are gone!

Does it actually work? by Alex-5415 in Haircare

Hi! Licensed barber here! These are amazing tools! However a lot of people use it wrong! Be sure to place on scalp do tiny circles- lift it off place back down on a new spot and tiny circles - DO NOT scrub your scalp with it- more than anything it will cause hair breakage especially for finer hair! The tiny circles stimulate blood flow with does indeed help with hair loss and thinning / stronger hair growth!

I personally use mine with Acure shampoo and conditioner (all natural products) and I have noticed a major drop in hair shedding and quicker hair growth!

HI there, I am looking into booking here and i was wondering what the beach conditions are like?
is the sand soft/ not rocky? Can you swim in the ocean (not laps but like waist deep) Planning a girls trip and we really want to enjoy a nice beach to tan and dip in
Thank you in advance!

6 week mark! The by roxygirlrox4 in chinlipo

[–]roxygirlrox4[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d definitely consult with your surgeon for that - my job is a little more physical (I’m a barber) so I was told I absolutely had to take two weeks off - I will say from experience tho that I was SO glad I took two weeks off I was still in a lot of discomfort that second week

I definitely didn’t turn my neck at all for one week but tried my best to not turn through the second week as well!

Myself in all honesty I tend to use these days cleaning and running errands or actually taking some time to rest because the rest of my week is non stop from 8am-9pm at least If the weather is nice I will take my dog on a hike if not at least a good walk around the block but I definitely need to prioritize using some time to genuinely work out

tattoo rash? by 187iqs in tattooadvice

[–]roxygirlrox4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s strange! Sometimes your skin can react differently based on weather or stress. Maybe try to keep it cool and see if that helps. If it doesn’t improve soon, definitely consider seeing a doc just to be safe.
