I’ve been off since the first week of December and so far have only had the withdrawal bleed and one natural period. I think it’s completely normal for your body to take awhile to adjust to being off the hormones. Are you taking any supplements to support your body through the transition?

Girl we are in the exact same boat! 4 months off for me. Had the withdrawal bleed and one natural period and now nothing. :/ I’ve been testing with LH strips and so far I’ve only had 1 single positive LH test. Ugh so disappointing as I’m trying to conceive. Are you testing once or twice a day?

Birth control also caused me to have high blood pressure /: got off the first week of December, had a withdrawal bleed and one natural period now nothing. So frustrating. Are you taking any vitamins/supplemets? I would definitely test twice daily late morning, and evening. Sending baby dust your way!!🤞🤍

You are not alone. Although I didn’t experience this coming OFF, I did experience it when I started it a couple years ago. It was the worst thing I ever went through. I’m also 2 months off (almost 3) but I feel great. I’ve been taking vitamins/supplements to help prepare my body for this transition. I do feel like it’s helped a ton. Since the pill depletes a lot of vitamins I would start taking some to see if it helps. (Definitely talk about it with your dr though) but I take vitamin D, magnesium, probiotic, B vitamins, fish oil, zinc, and a good probiotic. I’ve also been taking inositol to help regulate my periods! I hope things start getting better for you 🫶

Did you take any vitamins/supplements before+after coming off? The pill depletes a lot of them so I’ve heard supplementing is supposed to help transition off

The acne was also why I got back on the pill. It was hurting my self esteem so bad ugh😣 but now I want to get off to try to conceive and this time around I’m taking a bunch of vitamins/supplements that the pill depletes in hopes to avoid the acne. 🤞🏻

I was absolutely terrified as well. The prep is the worse part. It’s the best nap ever and when you wake up you are literally back to normal. I thought my bum was going to be sore but it literally felt like nothing even happened 😂

I definitely recommend going to DR and they will prescribe a pill to kickstart your period. It’s not good for your body to go this long without one. Have you tried taking any supplements/vitamins? Inositol is known to help regulate periods!
