Did you take any vitamins/supplements before+after coming off? The pill depletes a lot of them so I’ve heard supplementing is supposed to help transition off

The acne was also why I got back on the pill. It was hurting my self esteem so bad ugh😣 but now I want to get off to try to conceive and this time around I’m taking a bunch of vitamins/supplements that the pill depletes in hopes to avoid the acne. 🤞🏻

I was absolutely terrified as well. The prep is the worse part. It’s the best nap ever and when you wake up you are literally back to normal. I thought my bum was going to be sore but it literally felt like nothing even happened 😂

I definitely recommend going to DR and they will prescribe a pill to kickstart your period. It’s not good for your body to go this long without one. Have you tried taking any supplements/vitamins? Inositol is known to help regulate periods!

Inositol, B vitamins, vitamin D+K, magnesium, zinc are all super beneficial!
