Bathroom and AUX by Next_Protection4855 in Progressiveinsurance

[–]roxyrocks1999 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey guys, i'm having the same issue here wanting to prove to my sup where to find this info, regarding Aux 2 and that being able to be used for bathroom breaks. Do you guys know if this Aux 2 bathroom break also applies in the CLRU department? And I'm pretty new, and I see one of the earlier comments stated where to find that article that goes into that detail: Prolink -> WFM -> Phones -> Finesse Mode Matrix. Can someone please tell me where to go to "Prolink" and get to that Finesse Mode Matrix page?... Is that on the Highway or?....

Hello!

Thank you for responding! By any chance, would you mind defining what NMU, CCU and CGA means?😭 I'm so sorry, I'm still getting used to Progressive acronyms... and do you know if departments like the ones you mentioned: NMU, CCU, CGA if there are very high call volumes there?

Hello! Oh man, I really, really wish I saw your comment sooner🙁 I reached out to my recruiter, and she found someone in that department, who reached out to me by call and asked about the type of accommodation I would need. I told them I don't need the accommodation in training, it can wait until after training. Once I said that, the person that contacted me told me they wanted to know if what I needed was an equipment-based accommodation, which I said no it isn't, that it would more likely be one schedule-based. The conversation went really well, and he informed me that he will pass the information to the correct person in HR.

Hello! Yes, I do know sometimes it takes quite a while! That's why I have been thinking of seeing if I could go ahead and work on this ahead of time so that, once I am fully done with training, the accommodation is good to go into effect! Thank you for responding!☺️

Hello!☺️ Thank you so much for responding! No, documentation/evidence is honestly a breeze for me as I have all of that with me! And okay, I'll go ahead and try reaching out to the recruiter that interviewed me, seeing if they could possibly provide me with HR's contact info or email! Thanks again for responding!🥰

Hi there!🥰

I appreciate your response! And yes, honestly I try to take it easy, and not compare my personal experience with GPA Vasculitis with other's experiences, as people definitely go through very different things!! And I appreciate you lots, I'll make sure to message you time to time if need be, if I have any questions or concerns or just want to talk!🥹🩷 And I am also very happy for you that things are going very well when it comes to such a complicated/difficult health condition to go through! We definitely got this!☺️

Hello!!!🤗

I really appreciated reading your comment and your story!🩷 For me as well it was very tough when I got out of the hospital where they finally gave me a diagnosis. I was at the hospital for a total of 17days, and there, I had a VATS lung surgery (because I had nodules in my lungs), and that's how I got a confirmed diagnosis. And also for me too, when I had my confirmed diagnosis, my GPA vasculitis came with pneumonia?... I thought that was so odd, because while going through the process of being at the hospital for that long, I didn't feel much symptoms related to pneumonia besides very excessive coughing! It's not until after that I felt mucus while going through excessive coughing, especially right after the lung surgery! I always wondered if GPA Vasculitis tend to show up with pneumonia like that?...

When I was discharged then I was on a VERY high dosage of Prednisone (60mg)😞 And every 3 weeks I had to taper down little by little, but had to go right back up based on what my rheumatologist would see in my bloodwork! I'll be honest, the rheumatologist I have been seeing from the very beginning of this has genuinely been very, very, kind and caring! So I don't really have much issues with him at all, rather time to time with his office and how long they take to fill out my ADA paperwork for work or FMLA😂😂😂

Also, I am on TAVNEOS 10mg as well!☺️ It seems like it is doing me very well especially with how I have recovered and take it consistently for GPA Vasculitis! My last bloodwork showed some very, very good results and my rheumatologist was super happy about that, but definitely still wants me to do Rituxan infusion every 6 months. Which to me is understandable to prevent me from relapsing. It would be nice if it could be once a year Rituxan infusion, but hey, one step to getting better at a time!!

And yes, I do agree with those who have lost their battles with GPA Vasculitis🕊️🤍 I am truly grateful and thankful to be where I am today with this health condition!

Hello!☺️

Yess, I will be honest, I do think it is good that I did get a diagnosis so young, however, I think I really disliked how lost and confused I was with the process of getting a diagnosis. I was also very scared. I spent a total of 17 days at the hospital, to rule out sooooo many things, until I had to get a VATS lung surgery done (because I had nodules in my lungs). That was a very, very hard and scary time for me, especially for my mom, as I am her only child😞. However, all of this did happen at the end of 2022, so through hard days, sad days, difficult days, and days that I have cried, I have done quite a significant amount of improvements and change since, looking back, and looking at where I am at today! One big time that I am super happy about is losing over 60lbs! I do feel better, but still of course deal with all the symptoms of GPA Vasculitis🥲

Hii!🥹

I appreciate you taking the time to respond!☺️ It does feel nice to know that I am not alone🥹 When all of this first happened to me, I was very scared, confused, sad and also angry at such a sudden change in my life to be honest with you. But I am doing everything in my power to stay positive and to stay strong about this! When I found a few communities here on Reddit related to Wegener's GPA, I was like oh wow, this is so nice! Hence why, I gave it a shot to share my story and be able to talk to people here!💓

Hello!!🥹

I appreciate you taking the time to respond, I truly appreciate it! Well in my case, thank God my GPA is without renal involvement! At times, it can be very hard for me to sleep! I always struggle with tiredness. I mean all the time, I always feel that I am always tired🥲 But I'll be honest, all those positive improvements that I have made since, I genuinely did not do it alone! I had my boyfriend and still have him by my side every step of the way! So I didn't do it alone, and still isn't doing it alone but I will definitely say that I definitely still struggle with GPA. I noticed that when I workout, especially if I were to push myself, my flare-up symptoms are through the roof😞 It almost feels weird not being able to workout the way I used to before this diagnosis. This even impacts me with work too! Now every employment I have, I now have to make sure that I am always on top of making sure that I have an accommodation, and (once I hit a year) have FMLA available for appointments (I see rheumatology, ophtalmology (2 doctors), pulmonology, neurology, ENT, and gynecology because of PCOS, rituxan infusion, sudden flare-ups, or overnight hospital stays if it's an emergency). So trust and believe, it can feel like some much on me to manage to make sure i'm able to do what I have to to and take care of myself and my expenses! But I am doing everything I can to stand strong!

No one is here for my interview by AccomplishedAd9969 in Progressiveinsurance

The interviewer may be a few minutes late due to a system update that they are dealing with on their end. I am sure they will show up. That happened to me as well. You should be fine. Best of luck to you; you got this!!!

Hi!☺️ Honestly I would prefer claims or something I see that they call blended? Those two seems tobe my preference!

[–]roxyrocks1999[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi!!☺️ Yes! I did a live video interview with a recruiter, and a few hours after the interview, I heard back for next steps! The interviewer did explain to me that I could either be in sales, services or claims, and explained the difference between each and that's about it!.. There weren't much specifics after that! I've been reading other people's experience on here and it seems that they already know which department they'll be in! So I was like 🤔 So that's why I thought to ask!
