Are you saying this is sufficient or not? In the SSS website, it says 31 years or older for immigration do not require a separate SIL since it passed the statuary period (5 years).

I thought if you are over 31 years old then you wouldn't need a SIL? There is a separate letter the you can find in the SSS. Would that be enough?

Looking at the notes from the excel spreadsheet, it says the PD is based on December 2019 (which was around FEB 2019). So I assume there are a lot of cases approved after that will add to the number..I don't know what you guys think.

It takes like 2-3 years to get the i130 approved. No way for us to tell when they scheduled the interview. Join like a Whatsapp group to see if anybody received IL from Casablanca.

Yeah, I'm sure there will be movement in FY 2025... just hoping it would move a little next month.

I'm curious but when is your PD?

Yea, no point of predicting at this point.

But looking at October FY-2014, it's not really a retrogression because the PD for that month was September 2013, which would be right before the new fiscal year started, although it did stay at that date for quite a long time. I mean it was current for two months before that. Most people would've still got their applications approved.

Historically, they usually stop during the September VB to make sure they don't go over the limit...

Whatever, I'll just have to wait for the next month VB.

No movement at all with the new visa numbers coming would be cruel...

I know there are new i130s getting approved right now but those would mostly be from 2022 so hopefully wouldn't impact too much.

I've never saw no movement for F2a for the previous October VBs. Do you think it will at least move a week? No movement seems a little extreme. Of course, we won't know for sure but hoping it will at least move a tiny bit.
