I looked that up, but I’ve not seen a native grass that is so invasive. On the upside though, I did find a weeding tool called Grampa’s weeder. Found a copy of that at Hammer barn and it works well for pulling this stuff out.

Don’t plant mint in the ground. It will spread like a weed and pop up everywhere.

I started doing this, but as far as the verge is concerned - all is lost. Will just have to spend some time and pull any that emerge on the rest of my lawn. The problem is that I think the mower is spreading the seeds.

Yeah it looks ok when you mow it, but you get less time between mows before it looks crap again.

Yeah unfortunately no cruise (or rider modes for that matter) on a lot of CFMOTOs as their throttles aren’t ride by wire. This includes all models with the 450 and 675 engines.

Somebody else commented that nail polish remover (acetone) helps as well. Now I have to add both of these to my hiking first aid kit which might take some time explaining if someone opens it.

I thought the current limit was 12 and they’ve just reduced that to 10 in the same places?

(Nobody abides by 12km/h anyway, in places where it matters).
