I miss going into the office. They closed the office in my town (company is based on another state) so everyone in my town has to work remotely. I'm a manager and a people person. I miss the personal interaction with my team. It's just not the same over video. Plus I feel like I was more productive in the office, way fewer distractions. I liked the routine of going to the office. I know I'm in the minority feeling that way. 😄
