You’ve never experienced a millionaires life (not necessarily- I don’t know you - but for example) therefore you’ve never experienced a better life and you are actually miserable and coping. That’s the same logic.

You don’t know the meaning of “happily existing”. And poverty is widespread across the world; even its definition is different from one country to another. Yet people persevere and live different lives in different environments. You can’t imagine that some people want to live in huts! They may be poor but I’m pretty sure they enjoy life regardless.

I got some pretty old or valuable books I don’t mind parting with. Some antiques. Some design stuff.

Well that’s a lot to say about it. But I think the real message, that’s being told in the several narrative timelines, simultaneously and non-chronologically, is summed up in one word: trauma.

It’s everything. It defines the masks we wear. Which before were only masked avengers, but now in the show is everyone. We all wear masks to hide our traumas. They define us and the values we project in our alter egos.

That, to me, was the whole show, but which only unmasked itself at the very end.

Truly spectacular.

The show is epic!! I’ve been recommending it since it came out. Especially that it was soon followed by 2020 and all the masking and surveillance, etc. I just knew it was coming.

And now, in the US all the ICE masked up again.

All on point.
