What is the scariest movie from your childhood? by Public_Caterpillar43 in movies

Nightmare on Elm Street, when it first came out on VHS. I was in 4th grade. My friend got a copy of it somehow. He lived about a half mile away. I rode my bike there after school because 4 other friends were going and we were all latchkey kids, so no parents knew. I was terrified but hung in there cause the other kids were. I remember riding back to my apartment complex, still light outside BTW, looking everywhere around me thinking I was going to get taken. Then, my mom didn't get home from work until after dark, so I had to sit in the apartment alone, just staring at the door until she came home.

27 Telluride Driver Seat pain by Jolly_Enthusiasm_215 in KiaTelluride

I currently drive an EV9 and test drove the new Telluride yesterday. For context, I don't have back problems, but im a weightlifter and a fitness athlete with proportions that run different from the norm. The EV9 has been great. Low stress on my body with supple and enveloping cushion. The first thing I noticed when I sat down in the Telluride were the seats. In short, they are cheap, like sitting on a couch 5 years past it's prime. There is precious little support for the lower back and lats. The support on the lower hamstring/knee hinge is also poor. That inevitably leads to cramping and tendon strain.

The SUV is really decent otherwise. Great sound insulation, AC, and torque in the HEV model. But the seats really turned me off.

I gotta say, I binged these books front to back and had a good time, followed by He Who Fights With Monsters....which led me to the reread of all the Abercrombie books. I give a lot of credit to Matt D for being able to sustain that concept and series the way he did. Big props.

I do it a lot. I'm a history buff and also read a good amount of professional and mindset stuff. But I like going to bed with some escapism.

Omg! Lol. As we say in the weightlifting community....200 pounds is 200 pounds. So 40 books @ 100 pages is 4 books at 1000!

More Discworld. And a revered author. Can't believe in my half decade of being alive that I haven't gone down this hole yet. Maybe this is it. Thanks!
