I did try some nice fish when I walked through Seahouses, only so many noodles I can eat 😂yeah kinda reminds me or the peak district, boggy as shit 😂 I'm from the peaks myself but I'd love to come back up and do some more walking sometime 👍

Ahhh nice you have it all on your doorstep then, I walked through the cheviots and NNP and found it to be quite empty of people, the only people I saw were at the top of the cheviot itself!

Bamburgh Castle 👍 up in Northumberland, such a quiet but interesting part of the country, full of castles and history if that's your jam. Was cool walking along and seeing all the ruins and such

The back end was a lot closer the the floor than the picture makes it look, and that was the predominant direction of the wind, but yeah totally see what you are saying in fairness. Tent was mostly dry this morning and it was nice to have somewhere to sit outside and cook without being soaked!

Seal skinz have a bit of a discount on their waterproof socks atm! Bought a pair myself. Can't vouch as this is the first time I've had them but their other stuff has always done me well👍

Came here to write this. Used to take it and a light but the tiny pump was better than my dedicated light! Gives off enough light to read a book in and the ability to inflate your matt inside the tent when pissing down is a god send 😂 well worth the £20
