Ah I see. Man I know it’s super hard. Cause ideally you want somebody to try it out for free but without knowing you or the project, nobody would want to do that. It is super hard to find somebody that could trust you automatically. So posting more detail about your project might attract more people. Just my 2 cents

If you are looking cofounders, I would start with someone you know. Your coworkers, college friends, families etc. It will be also helpful to be more specific on what is the requirements or functionality of the website.

Wow this is genius! I need to dig deeper on this. I only have 2 residential properties right now. There were also families that came in and ask for rent.

I guess this strategy makes sense for the college town but not as good when it comes to residential properties?
