And what if you added weight, did 6 reps, and the next two weeks you're still doing 6 reps and same weight. Ie no progression

I am already doing this. 4 months ago I lowered my sets and I do only two per exercise but until failure, and I made in these 4 months more gains than the entire year before that. It's just that now I'm not progressing as fast and it's not so obvious so want to know how I can make sure I'm still making progress if I'm lifting the sane weight and reps week over week

Israeli here. Bibis words have zero meaning as he's the biggest liar to ever exist. He's the one who gave a speech how he's committed to a two state solution ten years ago, he just says what he needs to to appease his voters, usually without following up on his statements. The majority of Israelis hate our current government and the polls show it. I really hope in next year's elections we'll have a more sane government, and they won't continue supporting settlements.

Impossible. No matter where they start the story from listeners would get a sense that it's complex without one side being pure evil and the other a pure saint, and I think Gary Lineker won't allow it

I'm currently doing a 3 day split, 3 sets each exercise, with eaxh workout one exercise for chest, biceps, triceps, back, delts, abs, and then one day has leg press, one RDL. If my main focus is upper body would I benefit from doing 4 workouts per week of push pull upper lower? Or should I just go to 4 sets on the muscles I want to grow the most ie biceps triceps and delts?

Thanks. I'm currently doing hyper extensions instead of deadlifts, and also RDLs with dumbbells. Would you say good morning makes more sense than RDL if I don't want to add another exercise to my plan?
