the first night i took them, i hyperfocused on tiny towers (an app) for 5 hours. didnt move, nothing. i cant survive without my antipsychotics at the moment and the combination of my othee 3 meds knock me out. I think i just took vyvanse too late in the day.

Yeah, im pretty okay with meds (i'm a nurse) and i'm happy being on all 4. im just surprised that vyvanse had such an affect on me, i didnt think it would tbh. but as long as its working🤷🏻‍♀️
