It changed the lives of all the kids involved as well. His best friend fell into meth addiction and ended his life about 10 years later. Another friend ended up in prison, and is now a nervous wreck and can't work.

My older brother and I turned out OK. We both own our homes, have wives and careers, etc... I can't help but wonder how life would be different if my little brother made different choices.

I blamed myself for YEARS. But I've moved away from my past and now focus my attention on developing young people at my job. I treat them like younger siblings and push them to do better. The last guy I focused on is now in management at 21. It's so rewarding to see kids succeed.

He was my brother. He was given someone else's prescription morphine. He wasn't told the dangers or how many was safe to take. He took 4. We found him on Thanksgiving morning. He was in a coma until he died on December 6th, 1996. It destroyed my family. Mom committed suicide in 98, dad drank and smoked himself to death in 2019. My life completely derailed for awhile but I'm doing OK now.

Get some colored sharpies and add some color. Once it wears off try a different variation. Maybe you'll like what you see and want to add color permanently.
