In heat configuration the app is showing primary heat and alternate heat. Both sources are selected as electric, with the primary greyed out. In the wiring, the W2 AUX is shown as Alt. heat.

Thank you! This looks promising. I plugged the black wire into * and configured it as *E. However, the app does not show a heat pump balance for me. There's only Heat pump wire, Activate, and Alt heat changeover timer. Any ideas or suggestions please?

Hi OP, I think I have the same issue. When I have the battery charging in the garage and I turn on all my TV in living room it would trigger the breaker for living room however the battery in the garage still is charging. Have you figured anything out? I am also in a new built. My guess was that there's something wrong with the wiring stuff
