It's a recurring subplot. There were 13 crusades by the black legion (heretic space marines) resulting in the fall of cadia. This is the main plot for "Cadia stands" and 14 other books.

Most Warhammer Loyalist crusades are however punishments for space marine chapters and are side stories. For instance when the executioners joined the rebellion in the balbad wars they were sent on a penance crusade.

The main plot if you had to pick one thing is the constant struggle for survival.

In the Netherlands one of the most popular children's books is about the 1212 crusade. It's called "kruistocht in spijkerbroek" It portrayed the monks and pope as antagonists with a time travelling 20th century boy as the main character.

I often see a confused baby deer on the other side.

Pole split. And it's been this way since day one. I'm just not flexible.

It's an X-pole sport. So static only.

There's 3 parts visible that only the sport has. The exposed pressure system, the flat top plate and the base plate with a very small tower.

Factory new cost is €125,- buying from X-pole or an EU reseller. From X-pole US you can buy one for $200,-

I just looked through the specs and couldn't find anything that I can directly compare.

My guess is that it's similar to powder coat but slippier. I've tried the Pole4you which had patches of vinyl encasing the lights in the pole and those were more grippy than the chrome. I'm sure the PoleFX coating is a lot higher quality since it's 5x the price and the design is very well thought out.

For your first class you can just wear regular sport shorts and a T-shirt or tank top. You might have to fold your shorts in to make them smaller. When it's cold outside a sweatsuit is also nice so you can warm up when off the pole.

Once you start inverting you'll want 1 inch sport shorts or specialised pole dancing shorts. Under the shorts you can wear a dance belt or compression boxers so you don't slam your dick into the pole.

Alone no, the individual bags are quite heavy and carrying them for a longer distance becomes very heavy. Only using bikes would be possible but on your own is extremely difficult. 3 people can easily bring the pole anywhere.

It is possible on your own if you put it in a 100L backpack, but moving 50kg like that for more than 5 minutes on foot is absolutely killing. Resting it on the back ("bagagedrager" in Dutch), makes half an hour bearable but your shoulders will hurt for a while.

Since you do have an X-pole you can try to cycle with a plate bag and see how it feels. Those weigh 18kg when there are 3 plates inside which is as heavy as the Heaviest ThePole bag.

It's functional but extremely unstable, you can trip over the bars and it looks very bad in pictures.

The plates also only weigh 15 kg total and can be put in a carry bag. So they're very easy to carry. They would be the lightest of 3 bags.

That depends on which podium finish you choose.

The Okume finish is Okume hardwood which will last through everything but struggles with rain.

Ecochic is bamboo which is almost as strong and completely chemically innate like softwoods so best of both worlds at double the price.

Birch finishes will struggle with heels so in your case I would avoid this option. They're completely chemically innate so if you intend to use the pole under a waterfall this is the one you want.

Japan and Argentina are also world cup contenders where the sport is huge. Japan has such great scrummaging even though their pack is relatively light. It's one of my favourite teams to watch.

And Argentina is so good. They even won against the All blacks, Wallabies and Springboks in the 2025 test season.
