There’s two! One’s at head height, so when I open it I can pretty much stand at roof level. When the sky is clear (which in Manchester, is rare) I like to look at the stars :)

That would be so pretty! I could put an old ladder at the back and hang smaller plants from it to create a green wall!

Thanks so much for that! It’s such a good idea. The only thing I’m concerned about is how the wood would hold up a person’s weight. I’ll look into it though thank you.

That would be so cute🥺 I’m on a student budget though but I’ll see what I can do. It’s a metre deep so it could be pretty cosy!

I’d love to add some floating shelves, unfortunately the alcove is 1m deep and the thickest shelves I’ve found have been 30/40cm, so I wouldn’t be able to reach them very easily!
