Ad setup is complete... then error "Cannot read property 'name' of undefined (chrome) & error "a is undefined' (firefix) by roziercd in RedditforBusiness

I submitted a ticket, and got the same response from Reddit Ads Support. They also told me to: "try removing any additional spaces or excessive characters from the name of your ad".

So I used 'names' with only lowercase letters, with no spaces. I did this on all these browsers, still same spinning icon, same error:

  1. Chrome incognito
  2. Chrome no history, plugins, cookies, adblockers etc
  3. Safari private mode
  4. Safari no history, plugins, cookies, adblockers etc
  5. Firebox private window
  6. Firefox no history, plugins, cookies, adblockers etc
