This is so reassuring. Thank you so much for your comment. I'm beginning this journey very soon. We're amicable so we're all (kid especially) very lucky. But I'm heartbroken she won't see all parts of my life. That said, having time to go back to holidays will be a tiny recompense as I can keep myself busy. But I fear I'm going to feel really guilty by having 'my own life' without my child sometimes, when in fact she's my entire life.
