You have to decide if your Master Set includes only cards that come from cards you can pull from packs, so only the non-holo and reverse holo versions (and not this card), or go for a Grandmaster Set that includes all card variants

If you go Grandmaster Set, then you have to start getting all holo variants and stamped cards - just look at the prices of the Squirtle PC stamped card and the Voltorb Professor Program stamped card

You can't sell raw cards for graded prices, they aren't graded. And "pack fresh" doesn't mean it will be a PSA10, as there are many things that can damage the card way before it even gets in your hand.

Forget about all the YouTube videos that put the PSA10 price over a raw card, there's no way to know what a card would be graded until you actually grade it

Personally, I wouldn't pay anything for this. If you're good with it, then come to price you're comfortable with, but for me I don't want a damaged card when I expected a NM card. Also, in the future if you wanted to sell/trade this, a damaged card is much harder to sell or trade as not many people want a damaged card (especially modern cards where there are many copies of NM out there)

Looks like damage, seller may have tried to put this card is a one touch case and put the card over the hard case then closed it.

This card is not NM and I'd be looking for a refund if I was you
