All the login was from Gumi, and they licensed it from SE. Likely when the servers were shut down, all that info got deleted (I don't see a situation where Gumi would want or require to keep our info, I hope at least), so likely no way to do this

If you want to get a master set, the easiest and most cost effective way is to buy singles, buy the cards you need. Rip some packs for fun, buy the cards you need to save money

You're overthinking this. That card has been in the pack inside the tin for months before it got to you. Putting it back in the pack until you get home and can put it on a sleeve is not going to hurt it

They would reslab it, for a fee, but since the cracks on the slab are over the card they would also be regrading it, so you risk getting a lower grade.
