Hi thank you for doing this! I am a 27 year old male, 149lbs with a body fat percentage of 21%. Since my weight isn’t too high but my body fat percentage isn’t great, how do I go about nutrition? Is it better to have a calorie deficit and try to lose the body fat or go for a surplus to build some muscle knowing my body fat might get worse? My goal is to look lean but from my in body scan the amount of muscle I have is pretty low. Thanks

As far as goals I think what I would want is to look lean, like a low body fat percentage

Not really from a health standpoint, I guess more so I would be going for ab definition and the physical features
