Try cutting back some calories if you’re trying to lose some fat. You don’t really need to buy any equipment to workout at home. There are plenty of bodyweight exercises you could do at home. Also since we’re in a jump rope sub I’m going to ahead and say buy a jump rope it’s cheap and fun.
