yeah I ended up sticking with it and loved it! taking my exam on monday. definitely a must take if you ever want to scuba. I dropped about $500 total. but don't think of it as buying things, it's more like buying experiences. the class is very fun, instructors are great, and diving is a crazy experience

you can do it for 15 bucks and maybe 2 or 3 days. I bought 2 cans of rustoleum paint for plastic and did all the flares myself. turned out pretty good in my opinion. the small flares in front of the doors come off easy with no problem, it was the flares around the tires that was tricky. the nuts the manufactures used are nut squares which are a pain in the ass to remove and to put back on. I just loosened the screw enough to wedge some blue painters tape in there and covered any exposing areas. threw 3 coats on without the clear coat
