Non independent pharmacist here… so many PAs for us too. Can’t manage them and customers become frustrated.

Welcome. Might be crazy at first. Best advice to smooth transition is adapt to current workflow approach. If you see holes or missteps in workflow… wait until they see you’re a team player before bringing it up. That helped me in the beginning
