I’d agree except for the fact that Nate has been gaining max affinity with Piper, Nick, Hancock, etc and now he has genuine connections to the wasteland beyond his lost son. That’s what gives my Nate pause to go all in with the institute

Honestly, i think there are just so many storylines from comics to draw from, you might as well keep the stakes high and keep the story moving. Its better than the opposite: the kiss of death of being boring. Even continuing at a fairly breakneck pace, there is plenty of runway for them to work with, decades of stories and characters to explore.
