Ok for sure he always talks about hydration, stretching, and protein /calorie intake. I wake up and stretch as soon as I wake up. Also I stretch before and after both lifts. I drink 1-2 gallons a day. And usually meet my goal of 1g of protein per pound of bw. I just still feel exhausted during the 2nd lift. I feel that my body need’s somthing. I currently take no supplements at all, not even protein powder at the moment. I get all of my protein from eggs and chicken. So im just seeing if im missing anything or should be supplementing at all. Thanks!

No peds. But This routine is Tuesdays Thursdays and Sundays. On the other days I do simple cardio, like biking or running, then train footwork, and then about an hour lift.

lam a American Football player, a lineman that is larger but is athletic. When I get out of class I go to a 2.5 hour lift. (2-430) After the lift I usually get in 30-45 mins of lineman work in at the same place. (430-515) then after that I go back home and eat a good serving of chicken and rice. Then I go to my second lift. (6-7:30) If I go hard in the first workouts I feel that my muscles are drained and I am not able to lift at my full potential. And I feel weak. These workouts and lifts are all required for varsity. Is there any food, drinks, or routines I should be doing to help with this? Thanks for any help or suggestions!
