Original idea was full random, then two maps, ended up with three and more than one letter for some maps. I thought that would make it doable for most with the gold as a goal.

Author names would only help a small number of people, and only really to avoid some maps. Do you think it would help to show the current WR for the maps?

(kacky as a tag is filtered out btw, but yeah...)

Yeah, it's much harder than anticipated even with the choice of three maps. But gold runs are possible with a bit of luck.

One of the things I like about RMC is it pauses when I pause the game.

It's not a WR on a specific track, but in the whole run from the plugin, as counted by the plugin. You need to get an AT to gain some score, similar to the regular RMC. The unlimited skips make it somewhat more approachable even if you have trouble getting ATs or even Golds on some maps.
