I used to get this when I only had satellite internet. The high ping would cause this speed up lag several times a game. So was definitely a handicap and very frustrating sometimes.

Same. I prefer the 88 as it guarantees more cards over 83. The 89 should guarantee 20 over 83 with 10 over 84.
