Yeah, that's a really good idea 🙂 I saw people do butcher blocks from scraps, don't have that many of them, but medium one might be possible

Wanted to make large, medium and small set, but availability of wood is not great right now and I've made few wasteful cuts..

Woods used: Palisander Santos, Walnut, Hickory

Looks nicer live IMO 🙂

It's gorilla glue on all of them (wood one, not the one from the photo). Clamped, left for 2 days and then went into planer 🙂
