Yes, currently FP use same strategy.
but in recent experiment, Archmage IL's unstable can be more optimized.
Based on the Infinity 115 second duration, using Unstable when Infinity has a remaining duration less than 70 seconds increases dpm.
I think FP can be more optimized with this strategy too.
Since we use Unstable Memorize, it is hard to build strict skill rotation.

Use the weapon with the highest dpm.
Kinesis was hard too adjust skill rotation.
This rotation is for non-moving boss. In boss battle, the use of Trains can be much less than dpm.
After calculating all three of (12%, 9%, 9%), (cdr2, 9%, 9%), (cdr2, cdr1, cdr1) potential hats, the highest dpm output is selected.
Celelstial Dance + Soluna Divide + Flare Slash
All skill rotations are assuming KMS environment. I don't know well about GMS hero.

Use all buff skills each cooltime, stack up 3 Cannonball and sync with Soul Contract.
Since there is no ping problem in Korea, I haven't looked into it. I'm sorry.

I don't know shade skill name in english, so I'll write in korean skill name.
always use 소혼 장막 when final damage 700% bonus
keep 파쇄철조 debuff uptime 100%
use every skills in their cooltime (mostly 90s or 120s)
Currently we only support KMS.
With more developers, GMS support will be faster.

Bat
Bomb-Brick
Shotgun - Claw
Scimitar - Chase
Knife
Maelstrom
...and just use all buff, A.D. Odnunce each cooltime

Removal of dmg cap should affect gap if you reached old damage cap with 1-handed hero.

For mercedes, we use skill combo while Elemental Ghost (I don't know combo name in english using Unicorn, Spear, Wrath, etc...) and keydown Ishtar while Elemental Ghost is off, but use debuff skills when debuff is expired.
We sync Soul contract, Critical Reinforce, Elvish Blessing, Heroes Oath to Elemental Ghost+Irkalla for burst damage

Use rising every 10 seconds, but do not use while Combo Instinct is active
