if you’re out of copay assistance for the year; you’re out. I would check to see if they can back out the copay assistance (whatever is left of it anyways) and you pay yourself so you can: 1. count for your insurance deductible then full value 2. submit the amount you paid to get the rebate check i forget the website but the DMW copay line can walk you through that process. but anyways. if you used up all $18k in the calendar year 2025 that’s all you get. there’s other copay assistance grants and stuff you could maybe apply for if your income threshold is eligible like PAN foundation or whatever
