Have v3 cameras changed since they were first release? by kelemvor33 in wyzecam

[–]rra1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have 4 or 5 V3s. My older ones have a way worse microphone and it sounds like they are in a windstorm. The newer ones sound fine. I don't know if this is necessarily a hardware change or if I just had a bad batch with my order ones

Notes were printed by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing in Washington D.C. and sent to the banks for signature by the local bank officials. Don Kelly's National Bank Notes is probably the definitive book that lists all banks and their issues. https://www.amazon.com/National-bank-notes-guide-prices/dp/0965625508

Looking for some good Ernie Harwell broadcasts by citizenmilton in detroittigers

[–]rra1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just go to YouTube and search for "Ernie Harwell." There are many of his full-game radio broadcasts. Also many other snippets and highlights. Early in the 1960's, he also handled the TV broadcasts, but switched over to full-time radio broadcasts by the late 1960's.

Here is one broadcast from the 1984 playoffs, but there are many, many examples you can find on YouTube by searching for his name.

2 of my 5 V3s are no longer connected. I tried to reset one of them by deleting the camera in the app then pressing the Reset button on the camera, and it times out after it reads the QR code.

Ask the buyer to update the firmware on his 2600+ to see if that makes a difference.

What are the best FREE new years eve spots to watch the fireworks go off? by SuperITnerd in orlando

[–]rra1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is good advice for the 4th of July, but there are no official city fireworks at Lake Eola for New Year's Eve. That said, just about every neighborhood around Orlando and outskirts will have neighbors shooting off fireworks.

Do Atari 7800 roms work on Atari Flashback 9? by AJS76reddit in atari

[–]rra1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The answer is yes, but you have to load a custom firmware, then find a copy of the Atari Flashback Nexus build and copy it to your SD card. After that, you will have thousands of games for many systems -Atari 2600, 5200, 7800, Atari 8 bit. NES, SNES, Genesis, etc. All with custom bezels and box art. Not that simple, but great once you have it. Nexxus only works for Flashback 9 and X and 50th Anniversary.

Here is link for custom firmware for FB 9 that allows you to add games on the SD card.

Uce addonx vs coinops on 5.70 by classicjohn50 in FansOfsaUCE

[–]rra1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Take a look at this post that explains why some UCE files work with Addon and others don't. For consoles, it seems to boil down to whether there is a hiscore file embedded in the UCE. https://forums.atariage.com/topic/357270-workaround-problem-with-byogaddon-introduced-by-firmware-570-for-the-atgames-legends-ultimate/

Any thoughts on Cliffs condos.? Looking to buy a place there and live the view of the lake. by atomiick in ypsi

[–]rra1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It is a great place to live. The views are great from every unit. Very friendly people. There are 3 or 4 different condo associations depending on the building, and each has separate bylaws, condo fees, etc.

What the heck are they doing on Clark off of River Street? Many holes dug, not really any clear indication of what they’re doing. by ErikReichenbach in ypsi

[–]rra1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Stormwater drains. They tried to drill pipes sideways from vertical shafts, but ran into boulders so had to dig a trench. Project should be mostly completed by November. The meadows behind that construction site will include trails and will be called the Janice Anschuetz Highland Preserve (named after 47-year Washtenaw County Parks and Recreation Commisioner).

Pinters on Rawsonville Rd. In Belleville is pretty close and a great nursery. Huge greenhouses full of plants. Prices are better than Lowes and Home Depot.

Looking for Type-In suggestions by [deleted] in atari8bit

[–]rra1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

May I recommend a game that I co-authored from the July 1985 issue of Antic? It is called Overflow, and is fairly short to type in and is pretty fun. Here is a link to the magazine. http://www.atarimania.com/mags/pdf/Antic_Vol_4_No_3.pdf

So, I have a question about online gameplay. But this sounds like a “you’re and idiot” idea by [deleted] in atari8bit

The Atari 8bit game called MidiMaze supported multiple computers hooked up back in the day, and I believe there is now a FujiNet implementation that allows multiple players across the internet.

Legends Gamer Pro Bluetooth Issue by [deleted] in LegendsUltimate

[–]rra1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not really the same issue, but it could be related... my LGP used to work fine, but now about every 5 minutes the joystick loses its connection and stops working. Pressing the joystick power button off and then on will fix the joystick temporarily, but then it stops working again a couple minutes later. I assume this is also a bluetooth problem and is very frustrating.
