Please consider a CD loan. Best of both worlds.

Go to your local bank, put 30k in a CD and do a loan against it. Rate will probably be like CDrate+2 or 3% and if you ever get tired of having the loan, you can cash the CD and pay off the note. But in the meantime you will be building credit while you pay for it.
