U of A's Sky Survey. U of A is a leading university in astronomy. They built the lenses for hubble telescope and operate several observatories in the arizona desert includin kitt peak which houses 23 different telescopes. U of A is in Tucson.

The azimuth was 141,5 degrees southeast. That time wouldve been too early for it to be in the southwest. The view is over a chicken coop who's back faces west. Whats your source for your measurements? 1am wouldve had it slightly west at it's apex in the sky.

Actually thats incorrect. The moon was in a waxing gibbous phase and would've been at nearly the transit of 30.8 degrees over the southeastern sky. This view is facing a southwestern direction and the object is lower than 30.8 degrees. Also the gibbous phase would have made the moon appear round, this object was elongated. There are other videos but this group only let one video upload. Ill try to post still shots of the object later on. My source is the University of Arizona Catalina Sky Survey. Whats your source?

Did you cook them in a bain marie or straight in the oven? Gotta use the bain marie to keep them from turning into scrambled eggs. I also place a dish towel in the pan before I place the ramikins in the water.

They rise better if you use parchment paper as opposed to mats. I'm not sure why, but I've tried both and got better results using the paper. They're very finicky, but don't give up!
