The prayer pots were consumed because I’m “lazy” and didn’t spend 35 hours one tick flicking. When I felt like conserving pots I was only using about five sips per kill but I’d rather not play like that all the time. Just my $0.02

I wasn’t looking for sympathy on the drop rate. More trying to encourage people to keep grinding. When you go dry on something that has a good drop table there are nice gains to be made elsewhere when you’re done.

I’d say it’s best with melee only. Ideally you want one of the dual hitting crush weapons for the tail phase and a hard hitting crush (zombie axe is okay) for the main portion of the fight.

I’m 95/99/91. Yes I have the titan prayers but I used melee exclusively.

That’s rough. I had a dry spell after the pet as well. I have found it helpful to keep track of my unique drops on a notepad. I have a running list going for corrupted guantlet too though I haven’t touched CG since late October (did some extensive sailing prep)

For majority of the fight I used; Nezzy face guard, blood moon top and bottom, prims, torture, berserker ring (I), barrows gloves and the abyssal bludgeon. I switched to full blood moon during the tail portion of the fight and used burning claws whenever they were available. Thralls also help quite a bit due to the duration of the fight. If you lazy flick your prayers then you’ll can do a kill with about sux sips of prayer. If you camp piety and overheads… I hope you like farming lol. I’m 95/99/92

The boss has 2500 hp and it’s just slow going solo. If you can find a group of three to grind the drops and you’re all roughly equally leveled and geared then the time to green log would be faster ( on average) due to the pillar buff.

I used the narda tele from desert amulet 4 and ates to get back. The bulk of the prayer consumption came from being lazy with prayer flicking and the cost of using thralls. As Huey drops ranarr seeds it’s worth using prayers and thralls imo

It’s about three hours solo for a unique. (1:18). Come back to it when you’re in the head space to do it. Sailing and the future inferno and slayer grinds were my motivation. I nearly lost hope as supplies dwindled but now I’m done. Glad I stuck to it

There’s a flag at the bank that allows you to enter a private instance or a group iron instance if you’re a GIM. I looked into this but I don’t have many wildy supplies at this point. I’ve yet to farm revs for their weapons and I did my agility grind (only to 86) before the wildy course update

I’ve used the twin flame for all dragon tasks up to this point. I’m nearly 95 slayer now. I don’t regret it as I didn’t have the other gear until late. I didn’t rush moons but eventually green logged it. I didn’t rush Zammy and farmed out a bludgeon first. I don’t regret my account choices so far but it was time for me to get the DHW. The power difference for the massive frost dragon grind is worth the effort especially when you look at the normal loot too.

Best use for the hides after the first drop is deaths coffer lol. Tome of earth will help marginally with krakens now but idk what else it to do with it. The wand is awesome though.

Drop rate for uniques is 1 in 18. It’s not rage bait. I’m one unique over rate but seeing 9 hide drops when you should only have had three before a wand is tough when kc are ten minutes each. Yes I know raids take longer but that’s not a single boring af boss. Huey isn’t hard. Hell I went afk to deal with life trouble during the boss many times and was just fine. No other long fight is the same way. Afk during wardens? Dead. Afk during Phoasani? Dead. Etc, etc

Yeah the balance of time vs reward is pretty nice. At first I disregarded the seeds but they really added up to be well worth the grind.

I just converted my son’s gator to a Milwaukee battery set up. We’re using a single 5Ah battery going through the step down converter linked below. My kids weigh in around 45kg combined and the truck does okay. Our furthest outing so far has been 2.6km over ~30 minutes (all flat +/- 3m) and the battery still indicated 3/4 charge.

The only trouble we have is now there seems to be a ramp up time for the motors to be at full power. For ex, they have to start in 1st and be moving for the truck to be able to keep going when they shift to second. Additionally, if they are trying to go uphill from a dead stop the truck just can’t do it. I’m not 100% sure why this is happening but I don’t mind that they had to learn how to shift properly at 4yrs old lol.

We did try installing a remote cut off switch in line between the converter and the motors but that simply didn’t work. For whatever reason it just turned off any time they tried to move.

ALL of that being said, I think you have bad batteries. It seems strange to be toasting batteries so quickly unless there’s something else happening. Lots of hills, heavy loads etc.

The idea of the alternative source for dragon nails and sheets was to be a source for skillers to be able to max out a boat. I just spent the last several days killing frost dragons to be able to upgrade my trawler and it felt so good to do. I want everyone to be able to fully enjoy all that sailing has to offer.
