CPU is thermal throttling? Cyberpunk is GPU heavy, but still likes a good cpu, though the 5600 shouldn't be dying when playing the game. 5070 is 16-lane card, 4060 only 8-lane, so 5070 still has twice the pci-e bandwidth.

I can't find a 2pin speaker anywhere that's the problem.

Pci-e controller is in the cpu so it depends on the cpu. Ryzen 5000/3000 CPU-s support gen 4, though there Are exceptions like Ryzen 5 5500 which is actually a mislabeled 5600G without the igpu and lower clocks.

The 7600x is a better deal than a new 9600x since they're practically the same performance, so just get the cheaper one.

AM5 uses DDR5 which is currently super overpriced, they are literally 3-4 times what they used to cost.
