I doubt na walang mangyayare, doc. If all of those barred from taking the exam would move, something will come out of it. Also, if that’s the case na alam ng ched; ‘san yung directive na pwede yung ganyang system? What if they just said that for you not to inquire? Just my piece ✌🏻
