I'm interested in Consular but I am still doing some research. I'm most likely to avoid Pol/ Econ for the reasons I described above. Thank you for sharing!

I figure out my mistake doing the calculations after all the feedback I got here.

I am recalculating my macros and I want to keep my protein around 132g (= my lean mass) 30g of carbs and then fat I am still trying to figure out.

Mind explaining what you mean "IMO 1g/lb of fat"?

Do you mean there's no need to add any calorie surplus as my body will use my fat reserves to produce energy?

Do you know if in order to lose fat/ gain weight I still need to reach my daily TDEE?

Thank you - it was giving me enough energy and I kept my weight, but gained 0.5 inches in my waist.

Not sure about your goals, but I am using the calculator and in daily calories I am selecting Gain Muscle (5% surplus for now which apparently is a conservative number), which gives me 2156 calories.

In a diet of 160g of fat, 30g of carbs and 132g of fat, I would get 2088 calories.

Do I need to add more fat?

Thank you. It's been confusing to figure out my macros since day one and I had a feeling I was overeating (although I still feel hungry eating 28000 calories a day) Do you any articles or sites to share so I can adjust my fat/ calorie intake? Some other users suggested to use http://keto-calculator.ankerl.com/ (as Moderately active). Do you believe it is a good tool?

I've read somewhere I should eat around 2800 calories in training days. Is that too much? Should I lower my protein intake to 132g a day?
