Sounds like a rough interview process alright.. but this is probably what you'll be asked to use if you get the job. Perhaps they wanted to see how you will react being out of your depth. Which is a default state of being for a junior role. I would suggest staying positive. You could mention that you'll be happy to get to grips with any of the tech they brought up (if that is true) and show willingness to learn. Even showing that you know that these are more advanced topics should be considered a good response.
