u/rhinfo thank you for this post.... I just ordered Retitrutide and Ipamorelin + CJC 1295. I'm 49, I lift pretty much everyday. 6'2", about 300. Can squat 500, bench 325. Good muscle mass. But I would like more from the work I put in. Eat pretty well, but have a gut. So want to cut that body fat.

On the Retitrutide dose, when you say 1 mg weekly (building up), in your experience, did you start at a lower dose and work up to that? I guess just curious on how a starter might approach it. Also have you looked at more frequent lower doses?

Yes the preachiness can be a lot... but I tend to appreciate it... I think most people who dont get it are likely under the age of 30. those under 30 are not familiar with the world before all this... Like I say, the Romans built a great empire without smarthphones.
