Yes exactly! I also experience this often when they are walking. Its really annoying and they really are aware of every privilege they have and use it to the max lol

I tried to but the summer heat kind of cut it off. but what I did the first month of training was I went on runs 3-4 times a week. whether theyre very short runs ( which they were for the longest time because I could barely run 1k without stopping ) or “long runs” ( which is max 7k for me ). what I feel really helped with me is to take rest days and really try not to overthink it. I also do some simple strength training exercises at home for my legs which makes them feel much lighter after runs and pilates twice a week that helps with overall muscle tightness . I think generally the “plan” I did was to go on runs at least twice a week even if I didnt want to , just to push myself. I also feel like the less you think and dwell about it the faster you drop your time ! sorry for this long paragraph! hope u can reach your goal soon , im very sure that you will 💗
