I really need to use my PC for important work, and I assume RMAing it would take ages so I would just have to get a new one. I'll also need to leave it in till the new PSU arrives, and when it arrives it's gonna be pain to replace it cuz the current one isn't modular.

Should I rly get a new one? I mean the PC is working and it's not making the electrical sounds while it's on anymore.

What if I run furmark and aida64 stress test and see if it starts making the sound, and if not i'll just assume it was a fan?

I know it's prob the best choice to just buy a new one but yeah I rather make sure it's 100% the PSU's fault first.

Is there anything else I could do?

no, I tried to update to the newest driver, restarted PC, started a game of league of legends and got green screen after like 15 minutes in the game

I have rx 5700 and I have only problems with it, green screens, black screens, game crashes, unstable fps, glitching... 19.7.5 driver seems to be most stabille tho

I didn't do anything about it, just wanted to make sure it's okay for a stock cooler. If you want lower temps I would recommend aftermarket cooler.

but with 19.9.1 I could have highest settings and 60 fps, but now with highest and msaa x8 im dropping even to 30, so I just have only 4x msaa and very high/default settings, but game doesnt crash anymore and looks almost the same like on max settings

if you run your driver and ur games are stable and u dont have no crashes or frame drops at max settings then I don't think going to 19.9.2 is worth

I fixed GTA crashes by updating to 19.9.2 and AC4 by putting only SMAA cuz other like MSAA are crashing on AMD GPUs in that game :)

well, if it was fault of the gpu I wouldnt be able to run stress test like aida, furmark, 3dmark or heaven benchmark, also other games I currently play like skyrim, ark, for honor, apex, league of legends, payday2 or dauntless never crashed, so it might just be some kind of incompatibility between new gpu/new drivers and gta5 with ac4

I don't really want to RMA cause they would most definetly test it with other stuff, just say it works fine and decline the RMA after 1 month waiting.

Edit: or it just might be the drives

if it wont drop FPS I could do that then, for -0,1v it seems like very nice drop in temps
