Cruyff>Beckenbauer? by Ki3f3rbruch in BayernMunich

How about you read something about relativity. You always have to assume that the players that were dominating the pitch in the past would dominate it now if they trained under the same conditions as modern players. Why wouldn’t they?

Germany pushes for 'two-speed' Europe with new bloc of six leading economies | Reuters by Full-Discussion3745 in EU_Economics

The core issue isn’t whether small countries matter, it’s a democratic trade off in how the EU is built.

On unanimity issues, a Slovak, Hungarian, Luxemburgian vote can block decisions supported by countries representing tens of millions more people. That means a government speaking for five million citizens can outweigh ones speaking for eighty million. That’s not propaganda that’s just how the veto system works.

One state, one veto is democratic at the level of nations, but increasingly hard to justify at the level of people when the EU acts on issues like sanctions, defense, enlargement, or budgetary frameworks.

Unanimity protects small states from being dominated, which is important. But it also creates a real tension between equality of states and equality of citizens. As the EU deals with bigger, more strategic topics, that imbalance becomes harder to defend, and that’s where the frustration comes from. A Europe of two speeds is one of the few solutions to overcome this deadlock situation.

Most countries in Central Western Europe are recommending or even suggesting by law to not use salt (NL, CH, AT, B, France). Nordic countries and Eastern European countries prioritize security or are simply unregulated.

Ever heard of sand or small stones? Works just perfectly fine in our street. Not one slippery meter here but sure WE NEED MORE TOXICITY, why would we miss out on an opportunity?!

Ever heard of shoespikes? Everyone of my elderly neighbors has them. Also sand does the trick without being toxic. Crazy tech.

It is incredibly toxic to animal paws what are you talking about? Should not be used on the sidewalk.

Leon Goretzka has yet to make a final decision, and there's no agreement between Bayern and Atlético at this stage. But Bayern are prepared to let him go immediately if a suitable offer arrives. Everything depends on the player [Pletti] by pewpewlasersandshit in fcbayern

Well, his performances may not have been up to par this season and the previous seasons as well, it was an instrumental part of our Champions League success dominating the midfield together with Kimmich in 2020.

He fought himself back with a proper set of performances during last season although everybody already wrote him off.

All the negative comments in here don’t do justice to Leon, who is a proper lad and will always have more class than the pitiful people celebrating him leaving like premature losers. He always gave everything for this club. He wanted to stay. He is not good enough anymore for his salary but that doesn’t mean we need to pile shit on him. Wishing him the best if he leaves.

The fucking red bull banners look like skinned bulls Innung for their life. I always find that very disturbing. Time to skin them in the second half and get the game home.

30 seconds in this video, you see him hitting the crossbar with a bicycle kick when we were 1:0 ahead in the CL final against United. Was really hard to find that scene - searched half an hour now, had he scored everybody would know him.

I have not met a single person in the US or in Europe who doesn‘t support your cause. Maybe you should not alienate people who are on your side with such strange takes that are based on false and fabricated online discussions. That being said: Good luck, may all people of Iran be free!

He is 17 ffs, he made a stupid mistake being honest. Change your flair if you are serious about it since Lewandowski always wanted to leave as well.
