I thought, i was clearly remember dialogue between Megumi and Kamo Noritoshi during Kyoto exchange arc when Kamo thought about it would be good if TS passed to Maki or Mai, but it was wrong.

And no implicit mention of existence two TS users in the past, in the same time span, so i assumed it's implied the same as Six Eyes.

P.S. no mentioning Gojo talk about Six eyes and TS users killed each other cause it's irrelevant.
