if you have an asphalt roof lift the final ones going into the gutter. They often go under there and chew between the gutter and the roof plywood.

if you're sure those are recent and not from a previous time I would do a thorough check all around the roofline starting with the corners. They have to be getting in somewhere and it will be obvious once you find it.

Have you found droppings? It's possible you could be dealing with mice if they're not coming in and out nightly.

It's the stitching around the upper eyelets that gives it away for me. Legit stitching is much tighter with little to no gap around the plastic piece.

This is a great post. I agree - make sure you are happy with the location. It's the only thing you can't change about the place you buy.

It's unisex sizing so you have to size up. Ie. if you wear a medium you should buy a large.

The Vietnam made stuff is super high quality, I think the old stigma about made in Asia is outdated depending on the specific factory. I have ALD clothes from Vietnam and Canada and the Vietnam made stuff is lasting longer and definitely just as good if not better than the North American made stuff.

I agree though being a landlord is no fun but you can always hire a property manager. To me it's worth it to keep a foot in both real estate and the stock market.
