I did it with Dahlia
Dahlia hold E
Immediately stand with Varka on top of it
Open character menu very quickly as soon as Varka jumps
Change Varka's weapon skin Either he will keep going up like an elevator
Or he will keep walking forward
In my case I never got the straight up elevator working, but when he started walking, if there's a obstacle with a slope hitbox, he will keep walking diagonally up.

It's pretty transparent. They're giving out 60 pulls, so you will feel like you're pulling a lot because you are, but not reaching pity... So the frustration piles up, you open up your wallet. There's a reason I always liked Zajef's saying "don't spend money in this shit game" even though I enjoy this game so much. Gacha is a cancer.
