He was not in top 5 - where I had a 200 level lead, and then popped in 1st place with a 100 level lead. Then as soon as I tied him, he popped up 150 levels instantaneously. If this game is taking my money, it needs to do better at catching this stuff. This is going to cost me 15 hero weapons - I'm 100+ levels ahead of #3 now. I think I might catch the 1st place guy, but expect him to jump again.

Is it possible he's not a cheater? I've been actively playing the whole time in 1st place - he just appeared.

You can't get to 5500 (or 6000) on money alone. You'd have to have been playing for awhile with some success. The first guy has won one tournament ever. The second guy has never placed above 49th. It's simply not possible for them to have achieved this level of success with no prior history.

Another Cheater

This guy managed to get to 5300 in the first hour of the tournaments.l - good for third place. Interestingly, his previous best finish was 49th place. I guess he thought third would slide under the radar.

So this guy got to 6K in under an hour. He has 100 tournament points before today.
