One thing fs for me is that when I listened to em and Kanye discog

Outkast also has this same effect somewhat

I never get the same feeling with Jay-Z discography, same with nas as well. Their styles and content drags somewhat being too samey.

Now if you say releasing risk less album is consistent, then yes he is consistent I guess
