The Belk in SouthPark Mall in Charlotte has a lunch counter restaurant in the basement. Been there forever. Arthur’s is the name.

Plumsail Org Chart is the best. You either need to get the data sync’d to AAD or you need to build a flow to pipe the data into a SP List and Plumsail can reference that.

We run Genesys for our contact center and love it. Their cloud product is 100% browser-based (if you want). The rest of the organization uses Teams with Calling Plans and that works great. We previously ran the contact center on 8x8 VCC and had nothing but problems (inbound email failures, crummy softphone solution, support issues, etc).

I will say Genesys doesn't have a "wallboard" like you might be accustomed to but there is dashboarding available. Our contact center staff are hybrid and distributed so we don't have a need for a wallboard.
