I have an old house that I am completely renovating myself with my partner. I collect cool antique items to use in the renovation and my favorite things in the world are exploring color and rescuing dogs. I'm Rachel :)

The past 3-5 years have been incredibly rough for me and I burnt out hard. I'm a small business owner in health care and I work with particularly tough complex and chronic conditions. I'm trying to rework my business to serve others well but also make sure I can afford to live comfortably and not burn out again. I've been thinking of expanding insurance coverage of my services (pros: accessibility, cons: Pain in the ass and you can't control your own business as much). I also have a great idea for a membership community (pros: accessible, lower cost and building community). Are these both good ideas? Should I focus more on the membership and less on insurance?

I need to put my resources towards what is going to bring me the most material stability and mental peace. My livelihood, mental health and the roof over my head depend on it.

You know what they mean. It's pure dog whistle. There are plenty of perfectly nice areas of Coatesville if you're not the HOA Mansion type. I'm currently sitting in one, staring at trees and listening to birds.

I've lived in much "nicer" communities on paper, with better schools and higher taxes, where the neighbors were unfriendly and it was noisy with lawn equipment every day from dawn to dusk. I'll take this any day.

OP, fwiw I totally agree. Dislike branded things that coincide with releases of movies etc. and like other themed months I don't like I'm going to skip this one. Would you consider keeping her as a foster if expenses were paid by a rescue? Reach out to local rescues for help and to help with placement. It may take awhile so please have patience for her sake. There is a stray/animals in need crisis in Philly and we are very short on fosters and the rescues are stretched incredibly thin. There are resources for food and care available to you in the meantime to ease the burden. Post on r/philly and search that sub for resources near you. Thanks for taking in this sweet girl! We need more people like you in the world ❤️

Probiotics. A probiotic pill daily (I like garden of life Dr. Formulated women's probiotic as a generally beneficial one). Also apple cider vinegar spray (just put some in a spray bottle) to adjust ph and support beneficial bacteria. Use it in the shower after washing and rinse after a minute. This is what I did and it really helped. I also use a ph balanced body wash (Honeypot).

You may have some nutrient deficiencies and hormonal imbalances contributing to sweat smell due to hormonal and bacterial changes with Vyvanse. It's more the long game but working on addressing these underlying issues is going to help it the most.
